For your protection as well as ours, we have a standard Tenancy Agreement, which all clients/renters are required to sign, which details the general terms and conditions; a copy of which can be emailed/faxed to you.

The renting company does not accept any responsibility for motor vehicles / goods stored in the garage, nor for access / egress and we therefore suggest that, if insurance is required, you contact your own insurers.
